COVID 19 NOTICE – POST LOCK DOWN (14/05/20)
Following the change to the Government’s Guidelines, we are now open again for business. Our office hours will be from 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday and 09.00 to 13.00 on Saturdays, until further notice. All office visits are to be by appointment and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is advised. Social distancing will be practiced within the office. Outside of these hours the telephone lines will be monitored and appointments can be arranged.
The Guidelines permit no more than two viewers (both from the same household) at any one time, and those viewers should provide their own PPE (face masks and gloves/hand sanitiser).
Vendors of occupied properties will be advised to vacate and to leave all internal doors open for inspection purposes. It is then advised that door handles and surfaces be sanitised after each viewing.
As obvious as it may sound, please avoid appointments if you are exhibiting any signs of the virus!
